While writing about chakras and breathing exercises, a poem just happened at sunset.  Enjoy!

Sunset -

Looking out on the Window of Life,

Sun refracting through a prism -

Rays of Rainbow light,

Touching the essence of my soul.

Rays filtering through the weaving branches

dancing in the evening’s breeze.

Touching my heart,

filling my soul

with the breezes of Eternity.

The breath I breathe -

Winds of Time

once graced the lips of Gandhi -

Buddha – Jesus.

That I share this gift of life

with the greats of history -

I am immortal.

I am alive.
