While writing about chakras and breathing exercises, a poem just happened at sunset.  Enjoy!

Sunset -

Looking out on the Window of Life,

Sun refracting through a prism -

Rays of Rainbow light,

Let my sense of presence flow from Mother Earth.

Let my wisdom and knowledge flow from Spirit.

Let my words flow from my Heart.

I composed this invocation in the shower one morning as I was preparing to teach my class in

" . . . and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us . . ." How many times have we, who have grown up in the Christian tradition, recited these words from the Lord's Prayer?
